Our Services

Our primary service is the facilitation of Integrated Brand Communications, through the development of a core communications platform. Usually completed during Phase II of clinical development, on a number of occasions we have been asked to help in restructuring product messages at a later stage -we have even done this with major global brands after they have been launched!

The development process we employ is thorough and detailed, involving input from internal staff in international product development teams, including:

  • Marketing (brand directors/managers, product directors/managers)

  • Publication planning and advocacy development

  • Medical

  • Clinical

  • Preclinical and discovery scientists

  • Regulatory

Depending upon the extent of the platform, we may well need to involve other staff in areas such as:

  • Skills groups e.g. publications strategy and planning; project managers

  • Corporate communications

  • Market access

  • Pharmacovigilance

  • Senior management

  • Purchasing/procurement
