About Us

Syntropy (also termed extropy) is a physical science (quantum mechanics), biological and neuropsychological term that involves amongst other things:

• Differentiation, organization and order
• Concentration of energy
• Self organising and evolving systems
• The drawing together of matter towards attractors, finalities and goals in the future (entropy is the dissipation of matter away from events in the past.)
• Tendency of two disease to coalesce
• Psychological state of harmonious association with others
• A number of similar structures inclined in one general direction, such as ribs
   

We wanted the opposite of entropy, chaos, disorder and homogenisation, particularly as we want to help construct product platforms that a truly differentiating. So, Syntropy medica was formed to meet the needs of clients that want solutions, not just advice. The principals have many years of experience - not just in advising clients, but in actually delivering on their promise. So who are we?

Rob Kemsley

With years of experience in sales and product management, Rob has been providing communications solutions to clients for many years. Working in advertising, PR and medical communications with firms such as Shire Hall, CMC and PAREXEL has given Rob a very broad breadth of understanding as to the communications process. Allied to skills in medical writing and international product development, Rob has a very pragmatic view of the world!

Paul FitzGerald

Like Rob, Paul started his career in sales and marketing, including time as an International Product Manager for a Top 5 pharma company. With almost 20 years experience of medical communications after that, he has a wealth of international experience in developing strategic communication programmes. As a principal of PPS and later with PAREXEL, his speciality is as a solutions provider - ideas just run in his blood!
